A brazilian guy from my hostel made these amazing shrimps for me. They are cooked in a marinade consisting of garlic and oil, and the taste is absolutely fantastic.

This is a typical dish from this part of Brazil, and here it’s called Camarão ao alho e óleo which simply means shrimps with garlic and oil.

Cooking time: about 30 minutes.

Japanese soy
2 whole garlics, minced

Add the prawns and fry them until all the water has disappeared and entered the prawns. This should take about 20-30 minutes.

Svenskt recept / swedish recipe (Brasilianska vitlöksräkor)

3 personer

500 g färska (ej kokta) räkor
Japansk soja
2 hela vitlökar, hackade
1 dl olivolja

Låt ligga i minst 20 minuter.
